Last updated: 24 June 2026

VOTT (vott.in) is operated by DigiDream (“VOTT”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, when you use VOTT as a consumer, a business owner with a listing, or a participant in a WhatsApp conversation through one of our Power Cards.

  • Business listing information: business name, category, address, photos, hours, and similar details you provide when setting up a directory listing or website.
  • WhatsApp conversation data: if you message a business through our AI Support Agent (Power Card PC01), we collect the content of that conversation, your WhatsApp number, and timestamps, in order to generate and deliver a reply and maintain a chat history for the business owner.
  • Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, and approximate location (with your permission) to show nearby listings.

  • To send service-related WhatsApp or email notifications (such as callback requests or notice board alerts).
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To provide VOTT’s features, we share limited data with the following service providers, solely to deliver the functionality you use:
