Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VOTT (vott.in), operated by DigiDream (“VOTT”, “we”, “us”). By using VOTT, you agree to these Terms.

1. What VOTT Is

VOTT is a local business discovery directory and a set of optional digital tools (“Power Cards”) that businesses, professionals, and freelancers can activate, including websites, AI WhatsApp support agents, notice boards, and contact tools.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login (Google account or registered mobile number) secure.
  • Business listings must represent a real, legitimate business or service.

3. AI Support Agent (Power Card PC01)

  • Replies sent through the AI Support Agent are generated automatically and may not always be fully accurate. Businesses are responsible for reviewing and correcting agent responses as needed.
  • Conversations are logged for the business owner’s review and for service quality purposes.
  • Message volume is subject to the plan a business has subscribed to; usage beyond the included monthly limit may incur additional charges as disclosed at the time of activation.

4. Payments

Paid Power Cards are billed as disclosed at the time of activation (one-time setup fees and/or recurring monthly charges). Payments are processed via Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VOTT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful content via WhatsApp.
  • Misrepresent your business or impersonate another person or business.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation.

6. Termination

You may deactivate your Power Cards or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the WhatsApp messaging channel.

7. Limitation of Liability

VOTT is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated replies, third-party service outages (including Meta, Google, or Supabase), or business decisions made based on platform data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VOTT after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
